Working Together….

“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us." -Gandalf, The Fellowship of the Ring

Seeking therapy does not mean that something is wrong or that you are damaged. At its best, therapy reminds us that we are not alone in our struggles, questions, uncertainties, and hopes. It can help us recognize our shared humanity while deepening our understanding of our own unique experiences. Whether you are navigating a difficult chapter, seeking greater clarity, or simply wanting to know yourself more fully, therapy offers an opportunity to approach life with greater awareness, compassion, and intention.

Therapy is more than advice, techniques, or problem-solving. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand ourselves. While many people seek therapy during periods of loss, transition, or emotional pain, therapy is not only for times of crisis. It can also be a place for growth, reflection, and self-discovery during life's better seasons.

WHAT THERAPY WITH ME IS LIKE….

Clients often describe me as warm, transparent, and easy to talk to. My style is collaborative and conversational rather than rigid or one-size-fits-all. I approach therapy with curiosity, respect, and genuine interest in your experience. While I work primarily through a secure telehealth platform, I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels personal, connected, and engaging.

I do not believe people are broken or need to be fixed. I see therapy as an opportunity to better understand ourselves, our relationships, our patterns, and the challenges that may be keeping us stuck. Together, we explore what matters most to you and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

While I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, I believe the relationship itself is one of the most important parts of the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when helpful, and supported as you move toward the life you want to live. It is an honor to walk beside you in your journey.
